1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
1.1 - The contract stipulated between SEPRA S.r.l. and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by SEPRA S.r.l. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way. By placing an order in the various ways envisaged, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below.
1.2 - If the Customer is a consumer (ie a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), once the online purchase procedure is completed, he will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep the present conditions general sales policies, in compliance with the provisions of articles 50 and following of Legislative Decree 206/05.
1.3 - Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and / or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
2. METHOD OF PURCHASE
2.1 - The Customer can only purchase the products present in the electronic catalog of the WWW.FILTRIEMEMBRANE.IT site at the time of placing the order, as described in the relative information sheets. It is understood that the image accompanying the description of a product may not be fully representative of its features but may differ in color, size, and accessory products shown in the figure. All purchase support information (Glossary, Buying Guide, etc.) is to be understood as a simple generic information material, not referable to the real characteristics of a single product.
2.2 - Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by SEPRA S.r.l. by an e-mail reply sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain Date and Time of execution of the order and an Order Number, to be used in any further communication with SEPRA Srl, The message re-proposes all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and communicate any corrections promptly , using customer service.
2.3 - In case of non-acceptance of the order, SEPRA S.r.l. guarantees timely communication to the Customer.
3. PAYMENT METHODS.
3.1 - Purchases via PayPal: in the case of purchase of goods with PayPal payment method, together with the conclusion of the online transaction, PayPal will immediately charge the amount of the purchase made.

4. DELIVERY METHODS AND EXPENSES
4.1 - For every order placed on the website WWW.FILTRIEMEMBRANE.IT, SEPRA S.r.l. issues an accompanying invoice for the material sent. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order shall apply After issuing the invoice it will not be possible to make changes to it.
4.2 - Delivery costs are charged to the Customer and are clearly stated when the order is placed. Nothing is more due by the customer than the total order.
4.3 - No responsibility can be attributed to SEPRA S.r.l. in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.
4.4 - The delivery of the ordered is meant at street level except:
- different communication of our customer service,
- as provided in the product technical sheet,
- explicit purchase of delivery to the floor, where applicable.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the accompanying invoice
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or strapping).
Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately contested, affixing WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE (SPECIFYING THE REASON FOR THE RESERVE, eg "punched packaging", "crushed packaging" , etc.) on the courier delivery proof. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to oppose any dispute about the external characteristics of what was delivered.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 3 days of delivery, according to the procedures set forth in this document.
4.6 - In the event of failure collection within 5 working days of the material in storage at the courier's warehouses due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of ordering, the order will be returned to the warehouses of SEPRA S.r.l.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1 - According to the articles 64 and subsequent articles of Legislative Decree 206/05, if the customer is a consumer (ie a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase indicating a reference in the order form of VAT number), has the right to terminate the purchase contract for any reason, without need to provide explanations and without penalty.

An operator of SEPRA S.r.l. will allow an appointment to be made for the pick-up at the Customer's home by a courier sent by SEPRA Srl. The Customer will not pay anything for the return of the product. SEPRA S.r.l. it will also proceed, within 30 days from the return of the goods, to the re-credit of the amount after verifying the integrity of the goods and holding only the amount of the shipping costs. The refund will be made by bank transfer; it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details to be reimbursed (IBAN and current account holder). Alternatively, the Customer may request a refund by check.
The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packaging), kept and possibly used in the normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt.
5.3 - The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions:
- the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (ex .: accessories, software attachments, etc ...);
- the right does not apply: (i) to audiovisual products or sealed software (including those attached to hardware), once opened; (ii) to products made to measure or clearly personalized.
- the purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend inserting it in a second box, on which to affix the label provided by SEPRA S.r.l. showing the RMA number (return authorization code); in all cases, the attachment of labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original product packaging should be avoided;
- the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the full responsibility of the Customer;
- upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not deriving from transport. If the package and / or the original packaging are damaged, SEPRA S.r.l. will deduct from the reimbursement due a percentage, in any case not exceeding 10%, as a contribution to the costs of restoration.
5.4 - The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and / or its content), in cases where SEPRA S.r.l. finds:
- the non-diligent use of the good that has compromised its integrity, or the use of any consumables; - lack of external and / or internal packaging;
- the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...);
- damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.
In the case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at the headquarters of SEPRA S.r.l, available to the Customer for collection at your expense.
All products sold by SEPRA S.r.l. are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and 24-month warranty for defects of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05. To use the warranty, the Customer must keep the invoice.
6.1 - The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05 applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product itself is used correctly, respecting its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. This guarantee is reserved for the private consumer (a natural person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes a purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order form). In case of lack of conformity, SEPRA S.r.l. provides, without cost to the customer, to restore the product's conformity by repair / replacement or price reduction, until the contract is terminated.
6.2 - In the event that, for any reason, it is unable to provide its customer with a product under warranty (restored or replaced), SEPRA S.r.l. may at its discretion return the amount paid, taking into account the use of the asset or replacing it with a product of equal or superior characteristics.
6.3 - The times of repair or possible replacement of the product depend exclusively on the policies of the manufacturer and no damage can be requested to SEPRA S.r.l. for any delays in repairs or replacements.
6.4 - In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.). ..); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend inserting it in a second box; in all cases, the attachment of labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original product packaging should be avoided. The customer will be provided with a return authorization number (RMA) that must be indicated outside the packaging, following the instructions provided directly in the relevant authorization e-mail.
